Long Run Partners is seeking a full-time Junior Mortgage Account Executive to work as a full-time remote employee

Title:

Junior Mortgage Account Executive 

 

Overview:

The Junior Mortgage Account Executive will report directly to the Head of Business Development. This position will work primarily with the Business Development and Capital Markets teams by maintaining relationships with current partners, identifying and engaging with potential new partners, and assisting with getting new partners approved and set up to transact with LRP.

 

Job Description:

  • Maintain regular communication with existing sellers and support relationship management
  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs between sales and operations
  • Work with technology, operations and capital markets teams to automate and implement process efficiencies relating to sales
  • Manage internal workflows related to seller approval, renewals, onboarding, and tracking
  • Manage new product roll outs and trainings with new sellers
  • Identify and outreach to potential mortgage originators to expand our seller network
  • Travel at least twice per month to attend conferences and/or visit clients (domestic U.S. travel)

 

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in residential mortgages or financial services
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, small-team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Comfort with monthly travel and client-facing work
  • Willingness to work in a start-up environment and wear multiple hats
  • Marketing/Design experience a plus
