Break Free Candy is a vegan candy company dedicated to creating ethical, allergen-friendly treats while building real opportunities for marginalized communities. We craft handmade candy bars that are dairy-free, egg-free, plant-based, and created with love. Our mission goes beyond sweets — we are committed to saving animals and creating as many jobs as possible for formerly incarcerated individuals, queer folks, and others who are often overlooked in traditional hiring spaces.

Project Description

Students on this project will review QSF certification requirements and will organize the operational and process tactics required for Break Free Candy's QQSF certification.  This includes identifying the necessary steps, reviewing our current procedures, and helping us build the documentation and systems needed to meet certification standards.
