Packizon - Go-to-Market & Lead Generation Campaign

We are developing an advanced package dimensioning system that automates the process of selecting packaging materials based on package size, reducing shipping costs, and improving operational efficiency. Our solution leverages cutting-edge technology and aims to streamline the shipping process for businesses by integrating with major shipping platforms such as FedEx, DHL, and USPS. At Packizon, we’re passionate about solving inefficiencies within the logistics space and enabling e-commerce businesses to operate more cost-effectively and sustainably.

Project Overview:
This project provides students with the opportunity to design and execute a comprehensive go-to-market marketing strategy for a real-world technology startup. While the company’s engineering team has focused on product development, there is a need for a dedicated team to establish brand presence and generate customer interest. Students will serve as Packizon’s foundational marketing team, responsible for building a strategy from the ground up to attract the company’s first wave of customers. The primary objective is to develop a scalable lead generation engine that directly supports and fuels the sales pipeline.

Project Deliverables
Students will gain hands-on experience and be responsible for the following key deliverables:
Lead Generation Strategy: Develop a multi-channel plan to capture leads, potentially including content marketing, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
Content Creation: Produce a portfolio of marketing assets, such as a blog post, a one-page case study, and a series of social media posts.
Final Presentation: Deliver a comprehensive report on the strategy, execution, and results to the Packizon leadership team.
