About Us
Paxel.ai is an AI-enabled platform purpose-built for pharmaceutical manufacturers and their sales teams. Our mission is to enable smarter selling, quicker decision-making, and deeper connections with the customers and partners that are crucial to our clients’ success.
We are building two core products:
- Pulse.ai — a domain-specific, AI-powered CRM for pharma sales
- Fusion.ai — a proprietary data platform that transforms fragmented data into a unified, usable model
Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Management Intern to work directly alongside the Chief Product Officer in shaping how Paxel.ai understands its customers, market, and product direction.
This is not a traditional marketing or research role. This is a product-facing role focused on:
- Understanding what drives customer behavior
- Understanding what drives market dynamics
- Translating both into clear product insights, priorities, and actions
- Enabling the realization of the customers goals and priorities
The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, sharp judgment, and the ability to synthesize ambiguity into clear thinking. This individual will act as an extension of product leadership—helping frame problems, structure insights, and support day-to-day product and go-to-market decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive activity to uncover actionable insights
- Engage with external stakeholders and industry sources to develop grounded perspectives
- Synthesize findings into clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Support product decisions by helping frame problems, opportunities, and priorities
- Build simple frameworks to organize insights and guide decision-making
What We’re Looking For - MBA or graduate student with a track record of structured thinking and strong communication
- Experience in business plan competitions, case competitions, or similar environments
- Demonstrated ability to:
○ Understand what drives customer decisions
○ Understand what drives markets and competition - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaborator with the ability to work closely with others and contribute to shared outcomes
- Resourceful, curious, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
