Our platform is all-in-one. Publishers can run their own GAM or run ours, and our AI optimization engine sits at the center of everything: auction logic, dynamic floors, traffic shaping, and yield. The AI is the product. Everything else is plumbing.

The Role

We are hiring a Business Development Representative to open doors. You will be the first conversation a publisher or agency has with Adverge, and you will set the table for the deals that follow.

This is a builder seat, not a script-reader seat. You will run outbound, work the CRM, and own the top of the funnel end to end. Fast pace, fast iteration, real ownership.

What You Will Do

  • Run multi-channel outbound to publishers and agency contacts (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Book qualified meetings for the founder and senior team
  • Research target accounts and personalize every touch, no spray and pray
  • Manage and keep your pipeline clean in HubSpot
  • Run structured outbound drip campaigns and report on what is working
  • Sharpen messaging in the field and feed it back to the team
  • Hit and beat your meeting and pipeline targets

What We Are Looking For

  • 0 to 3 years in a sales, BDR, or SDR role, ideally B2B
  • A track record of hitting outbound targets
  • Strong written communication; you can write a cold email that gets a reply
  • Comfortable with CRM and outreach tooling
  • Self-starter who moves fast and does not wait to be told what to do
  • Coachable, curious, and competitive

Nice to Have

  • Background in ad tech, programmatic, or publisher monetization
  • Familiarity with header bidding, supply path optimization, or the agentic advertising space
  • Experience selling into publishers or agencies
