About the Position
We are seeking entrepreneur-minded individuals who are interested in building their own financial practice. As a Financial Advisor with MassMutual, you would have access to an industry-leading specialized training program, mentorship / coaching, career-development opportunities and state of the art technologies. Our development team is here to help you succeed in this industry and will support you while you grow your business.
Responsibilities include:
·        Building long term relationships with high value clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.
·        Maintaining current financial knowledge and developing fluency in financial planning systems.
·        Assisting long term clients with their financial plans.

·        Excellent interpersonal communication skills
·        Self-motivated
·        Able to learn quickly
Degree in Business, Finance, or Communications preferred but not required.

Base Income- up to $48,000 depending on experience

Qualified applicants who have completed necessary certifications and licenses may qualify for a living wage base income depending on experience which provides financial support until they have established a successful practice.
