Teaching Assistants - Media, Coding, Game Design

ABOUT DIGITAL MEDIA ACADEMY
Founded in 2002 at Stanford University, Digital Media Academy is known for its premiere summer programs hosted at 20+ locations. DMA provides hands-on, project-based learning experiences in a broad range of digital arts, media and technology topics.

QUALIFICATIONS & DATES
We are specifically seeking Teaching Assistants for courses in Unity 3D Game Design, Java, Python, Arduino, Wearable Tech, Scratch, Lego Robotics and Raspberry Pi.

Courses take place at our Stanford site. Class hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Classes run for one week each for the dates of 7/23 - 27, 7/30 -8/3, 8/6 - 10 and 8/13 - 17. Therefore commitments can be as short as one week, or as long as 4 weeks.

This is a temporary, full time position for the weeks specified above. Some hours are required outside of class to assist with classroom setup, preparation, and student orientation. Read more about our class offerings at https://digitalmediaacademy.org

COMPENSATION
Compensation ranges between $560 - 585/wk for undergraduate students, and $600 - 625 for degree-holding candidates.
