Office Manager

At Big Health we’re creating the first generation of digital medicine - automated behavioral therapies that are as scalable and consistent as drugs. Our purpose is to help millions back to good mental health - without pills or potions.

We are looking for an organized, hard-working, and highly motivated new office manager. In order to success at this job, you will need to be dependable, mature, and responsible, with good organization skills. You should be able to work independently, recognize gaps or inefficiencies in the current processes, and understand how to multitask and prioritize your time. Good communication skills and attention to detail are absolutely essential. This role will begin with the daily tasks below and expand to include more complex and exciting projects as you gain experience.

Responsibilities

    • Greet and provide general support to visitors
    • Place kitchen orders to keep snacks stocked and organized
    • Keep inventory and place order for office supplies
    • Sort and deliver mail - take outgoing mail to the post office
    • Help make sure our beautiful office and kitchen stay clean and tidy at all times
    • Help organize and plan fun office events to keep people happy and maintain high morale in the office (e.g. set up Happy Hour, create birthday cards)
    • Roll out office upgrades projects and generate improvement proposals
    • If you know how to assemble office furniture, that would be a plus!

Hours: 15/week

    • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30a - 11:30a
    • Tuesday: 10:30a - 1:30p
    • Additional: ~5-6 hours/day during big company events (we will be able to give you plenty of notice for these dates)

Qualifications

    • Full availability for the hours listed above
    • English fluency
    • Minimum 1 year of office experience of some kind
    • Computer literacy with Gmail, Google calendar, Google sheets
