Location: Piscataway, NJ, US
Report to: Manager of Technical Support, Catalog Products Business Unit

Job Description:
Technical Account Associate is our front-line primary customer interface for providing high-level technical support to customers. Technical Account Associate is responsible for daily operation of customer service function to strengthen customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. The focus of work is in technical support, daily operation and customer service.

Responsibilities:
1.     Provide technical support to customers, include providing effective solutions to customer’s project inquiries, preparing product quotes and placing orders.
2.     Analyze customers’ needs, resolve customers' troubleshooting and/or complaints with a technical issue.
3.     Maintain close communication with customers as well as facilitate communication with technical support when necessary.
4.     Work closely with internal teams/departments including Sales/Marketing team, Logistics team and others to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant life science discipline. Previous customer service experience will be a plus.
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
3. Must be customer-centered and proactive/action-oriented.
4. Excellent analytical skills & problem solving skills, able to grasp new concepts quickly.
5. Strong organization skills with great attention to detail.
5. Enjoy working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
