INTERNSHIP POSITION DESCRIPTION
Business Operations & Strategy
Johnson Controls Hall of Fame Village is seeking candidates for an individual with a desire to grow and gain experience at the intersection of sports and entertainment. This position will be located near the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, OH and will report to the CEO. The individual will be exposed to a variety of experiences related to the field of Sponsorship activity, Marketing & Sales development, Financial Analysis, and Investor Relations in a professional environment. This position is an unpaid position and may be used by the individual to receive college credit.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide competitive Market analysis
- Assist in the organization, scheduling and planning for company, partner and investor events in Canton, Ohio
- Investor meeting content development support
- Assist with compiling project materials for organizational review
- Ongoing support to key project review materials (dealing with retail tenanting, office tenanting work)
- Other administrative support tasks as assigned
- Other project support/analysis/information gathering and compiling to support the Company CEO
- Opportunity to work on new projects and implement new ideas
- Must be well versed in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Aptitude to work in an office setting and communicate with partners, sponsors and investors
- Must have high attention to detail, be able to organize and complete a diverse set of administrative tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable computer programs.
- Positive attitude and collaborative approach to solving problems and achieving results
- Ability to work at full-time schedule, including possible entertainment events off-hours
