Product Manager Intern
As a Product Management Intern, you will be liaising with supervisors, team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and solve issues with tZERO products.
What You Will Do:
- Research business and feature ideas with the ability of a management consultant
- Adapt to changes in job requirements, learning and applying new skills as needed to ensure the company's success
- Monitor a list of tasks from ideation to delivery using JIRA and other agile tools
- Proficient in time and project management, meeting facilitation, MS Dos, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Rnow, CS App, customer related software application, verbal and written communication skills to ensure business requirement documents are prepared for strategic implementation.
- Think creatively about how best to engage users, validate assumptions with metrics, and how best to optimize for continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
What You Should Have:
- Related business analyst experience, with a solid understanding of business issues and data challenges
- Experience in a customer service system environment
- Exceptional technical and analytical skills with proven ability in identifying problems, recommending solutions and improving processes
- Proven success in execution and management of projects
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow up
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization

Physical Requirements:
This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
