Summer 2019 - Discover Customer Experience Student Account Manager

About Education at Work:
Education at Work (EAW) is a non-profit and business services organization whose overall mission is to eliminate college student debt and prepare students for professional employment post-graduation. To accomplish this, EAW partners with college and universities and businesses across the country to provide inbound, outbound and back office contact center positions. Our positions provide students with real life career skills and experiences in a fun and collaborative work environment. In addition to a competitive hourly wage, EAW offers their student employees the chance to earn tuition assistance each semester up to $5,250 per year.
 
 
Position Summary:
Education at Work (EAW) has partnered with Discover Financial Services to bring part-time outbound collections positions to college students in Salt Lake City, Utah. Discover Cardmember Assistance Representative will be the driving force of the EAW contact center by providing a world-class support experience to customers. This is an outbound call center position, contacting customers and third parties that may have fallen behind in their payments and attempt to transfer them to a professional negotiator. You will also leave messages to get the customer to call back.
