Life Science Career Trainee - Opt E

Under direct supervision of the Pre-Construction Unit Supervisor in the Infrastructure Financial Assistance Section (IFAS), Bureau of Water, participates in an Agency sponsored training program of six to twelve months duration, receiving working assignments designed to develop knowledge, understanding, and practical skills consonant with management of grant and loan funded projects for the construction and rehabilitation of public water supply and wastewater systems; receives controlled assignments of increasing difficulty and responsibility covering the full range of project management activities for various types of water and wastewater projects.

Education & Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree in some field of the life sciences.
