We are growing rapidly and looking for a Business Development Intern who is ready to join us for take off.
Who Are You?
You are a self-proclaimed foodie that cringes when someone refers to the Olive Garden as authentic Italian food.
You believe that our unalienable rights should have been modified to say “life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness & insanely delicious food”
You are the kind of person who can persuade anyone to check out a new app or service if you really believe in it.
You are an expert learner; “I’ve never done that before” isn’t in your vocabulary. You utilize your skills to accomplish tasks & when a task is foreign to you, you find the right resources to help you tackle it.

Responsibilities
- Educate potential customers & chefs about Chefpanzee’s services
- Network with key influencers & business members in order to promote local, talented chefs
- Secure strategic partnerships that enable Chefpanzee to expand its market reach
- Collaborate with the Chefpanzee team to identify new business development opportunities
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with customers, chefs & influencers (in both written communications & in person)
- Ability to exceed expectations with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel to various food events & conferences as needed
Preferred, but not required
- Experience working in the food industry
- Food Handlers Permit
- Experience with email, social media & digital marketing in general
Compensation
- $11 / hour + a performance bonus
