Project Coordinator - City of Peoria, IL - Community Development Department

Coordinate multiple projects within the Community Development Department by providing advance administrative/financial support to the Department. Projects include demolition program, rat abatement program and code enforcement educational efforts. In addition, the position provides complex administrative work related to the real estate function of the Community Development Department. The position is ideal for a candidate looking to get exposure to local government and, more specifically, the functions of the Community Development Department. An ideal candidate would have some knowledge of land functions related to property transfers and title searches, strong customer service skills, the ability to function in a fast-paced environment and represent the City of Peoria to the general public in a professional manner.
