Website Coordinator (Associate Program Manager)
Your Role:
Assists in planning, coordinating and executing programs with some guidance.
- Website Development
- Assess Pathfinder's website usability through data analysis and consumer feedback.
- Implement changes to Pathfinder's website to improve usability
- Serve as liaison between Pathfinder, community partners, and users regarding website-related matters
- Responsible for directing, planning, and managing content of Disability Pathfinder website, a statewide clearinghouse of disability resources and main source of local, state and national information available to the staff and community. Information managed on the website includes:
- Services database of over 3,000 loal community & state agencies (over 6,000 programs) across the state
- Camino Seguro, a statewide database of bilingual providers
- Disability Resources Library
- All other webpages
- Trainings & Community Engagement
- Develop online training modules about various disability-related topics using Articulate
- Participate in selective community meetings to network & gather or address input regarding website
- Contribute to Pathfinder's social media network & outreach efforts
- Responsible for supervisory duties with the following:
- Manage job activities of students, interns, and trainees
- Work collaboratively with staff in the immediate office & other VKC
- programs
- Assists in budgetary management for the program(s).

New grad pay rate is approximately $17 per hour. Will pay higher for additional experience.
