Sales Associate with Amazing Growth Potential
Even during this pandemic, we at Farmers Insurance are still moving forward and have an open Sales Associate position!! We are looking to hire a business minded individual that is ready to learn, grow, and make $$$!!
$$ Base pay of $2,500/ month plus a 60/40 commission split $$ This is a Monday-Friday position and typically 40 hours/week.
This is a PAID 12 month training program, with the potential to move into Agency Ownership and build your own book of business. This program has a very lucrative pay structure, which can quickly get you into a SIX FIGURE INCOME!!
You will receive extensive training from our District Manager and trainers, who have won multiple awards and recognition for being a Top 10 District in the nation.
While this program will work very well for an array of people in many different walks of life, it is a great opportunity for an individual looking for their entry into a very lucrative career!!
Responsibilities
- Get licensed in Property & Casualty and Life and Health (Significant assistance from our district office)
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish client relations and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service.
- Use a customer-focused, needs based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Report sales quotas to District Manager and Mentoring Agent.
Requirements
- Looking for students in their Junior or Senior year
- Sales Experience preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales and goals/ quotas preferred.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer’s needs.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Communication and Customer Service experience is a must!
