Operations Leadership Development Program - Northeast 2021 Intake

Operations Leadership Development Program

Your Role: The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) provides a unique opportunity for highly talented and motivated individuals to gain valuable experience and training in the multifaceted disciplines of Operations. During the program, members will experience four, nine-month rotational assignments, while receiving exposure to the company's core businesses, processes, technologies and leaders. The rotations will take place in Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Engineering and will include a supervisory role.
 
Structured learning opportunities will include, but are not limited to, the following focus areas:
  • Presentation Skills
  • Management Training
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Training
  • Insights and Global Cultural Perspectives
 
Assignment Selection is based on critical business needs, career interests, areas of development with feedback from Program Manager and Program Stakeholders.
 
Who You Are:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain. 
  • Expected to graduate in May 2021, GPA of 3.5 or greater, Minimum of 1 internship
  • Must be flexible with Mobility during and after the program
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
