Human Resources Coordinator (Team Member Services Rep)

The Westgate Park City is looking for an organized, outgoing, and guest-service focused individual to join the Team Member Services Department (HR) as a coordinator! The ideal candidate would use their strong clerical skills and previous office experience to support the day-to-day operations of the Team Member Services department. The TMS Coordinator works closely with all members of the TMS team to create an incredible experience for all our team members! 

What You’ll Do: 
  • Coordinate all aspects of the new hire on-boarding process inclusive of: I-9 Verification, tracking drug test results, and running background checks 
  • Act as the first point of contact and the face of the Team Member Services department 
  • Perform general office support duties: office and phone coverage, data entry, responding to inquiries regarding policies and procedures 
  • Collaborate with the TMS team on department projects 
  • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure a smooth hiring process 
  • Support TMS Manager & TMS Generalist on team member training & New Hire Orientation 

What You’ll Bring: 
  • Minimum 1 year of previous administrative experience 
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities 
  • Detail-oriented & strong organizational skills 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Previous HR and/or hospitality experience preferred 
  • Bilingual abilities a plus
