Vote Mobilization Staff

GOTV Vote Mobilization Specialist (Remote, PAID)
2020 is one of the most consequential elections in our lifetimes. Open Progress has partnered with a number of organizations to mobilize voters & turnout the vote!

Be a Part of history & help mobilize voters in key states during a critical election year! 
Responsibilities: Daily texting execution of GOTV texting programs: 
  • Personally send texts to voters for Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) programs with hourly goals in a variety of campaigns. 
  • Work alongside & meet dedicated teams of activists, volunteers, volunteer leaders, and staff
  • Engage with voters in critical states to maximize turnout & democratic participation
  • Be a trusted resource for voter questions to ensure that they can cast their ballots safely & correctly
  • Build the core & strength of our democracy. 
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and upbeat culture and tone within the Text Troop and its volunteer community

This position has flexible scheduling, but we are looking for 10, 15, 20, or 30-hour commitments over the weekend of 10/31 - 11/2. Priority shift days are 10/31 & 11/2. PAID Training will be provided

Salary is based on experience
