Information Analysis Officer, OSCE SMM in Ukraine

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM) is seeking an Information Analysis Officer (VNSMUS01182), a Senior Professional with degree in international studies, public policy, political science, law or related fields with 6+ years of experience. Post requires prior military experience or in analysis of militarized/conflict settings; understanding of regional political-military issues; in advising civilian actors on conflict issues and analysis in international affairs; strong organizational, communication, and drafting skills; commitment to gender equality objectives and ability to work in multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with diverse team. Desirable: working knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian language(s), familiarity with OSCE, experience working in E. Europe and/or knowledge of the region.
