Operations Manager

Operations Manager coordinates administrative and operation activities in camp. They supervise other camp staff and ensures the smooth operations of camp, including monitoring customer satisfaction, assisting the Camp Director, ensuring Covid-19 protocols are maintained. As a part of camp leadership, the Operations Manager is encouraged to cultivate a fun and enjoyable environment for our participations and is encouraged to shape the position in ways they see best towards this end.

Pay starts at $250/week in addition to food and lodging.
