About The Role
Reporting to the CEO & Founder, Molly Vaile, Vaile Ventures, LLC is seeking a part-time Marketing & Operations Associate to assist with client projects ranging from growing and scaling companies to redefining client experiences through events. The Marketing & Operations Associate will be creative, curious and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment and supports the Founder & CEO to make an impact in scaling companies to the next phase in their life cycle.  

The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. They will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to handle a wide variety of activities.

What You Will Need
  • Resourceful and entrepreneurial skills with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment as well as adaptability for changing circumstances with excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks to ensure completion in a timely manner to meet due dates with high degree of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of conducting market research and completing competitive analysis to identify market need and viability. 
  • Basic understanding of budgets and financial statements.  Financial modeling a plus.
  • Excellent communication verbally and written with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner.
  • Initiate new ideas and processes to improve internal efficiency and reporting
  • Availability to occasionally work evenings and weekends 
  • DIrectly support the CEO & Founder on tasks including calendar management, email communications, invoicing and preparing reports.
  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively with clients, external vendors, and consultants to achieve results.  

What We Would Like You To Have
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, operations, logistics, events; experience in private banking, Big 4 accounting firms, the high-net worth community a plus.
  • Proficiency using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite and in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
