Company Overview is a next-generation customer experience platform helping brands engage customers across the customer journey with a suite of tools built for Conversational Commerce. Every day has 1,440 minutes and here at 1440, we believe that each minute is an opportunity for brands to build personalized 1-to-1 relationships with their customers. We work with global consumer brands like Pepsico, Kelloggs, Colgate, Vizio, Estee Lauder, Goodwill, Les Schwab Tires, Playboy and Scott's Miracle-Gro.
Project Description
Students on this project are ideally fascinated with social media and would like to explore possibilities of a career working with popular GenZ social technologies like Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Discord. This highly-motivated student team will work with 1440 to integrate dashboards and reports to deliver insights into social conversation metrics– making it easy for consumer brands to attribute a message to a sale. The team will conduct market research to determine other metrics that should be included, like successfully closing support tickets, generating leads, or other events like QR code scans or ad clicks. Students will need to develop the ability to show Einstein Bot Analytics inside Salesforce. Students will learn to leverage Dialog Flow Analytics and Dashboards from business messaging channels and bring them into Salesforce. Our outcome goal is to be able to track the following events from conversations across channels: Agents, Times, Channels, Locations, Intent, Sales, etc. Our goal is to prove ROI and show increased sales that Conversational Commerce can provide consumer brands, across industries. Part of this project will be researching our competition (Haptik and to define and develop best-in-class intelligent analytics for Conversational AI. Discover the best ways to leverage Salesforce CDP for building out audiences for brand engagement. 1440 clients want to be able to build unique CDPs however they like, and we’ll need to support whatever they want to do. Students will research exactly what we would want to collect/track but our assumption is that the possibilities are endless
