2aDays Sales Internship Opportunity

2aDays, a pioneering company at the forefront of empowering student-athletes toward collegiate sports success. We are thrilled to offer college students a  competitive 12-week Sales Internship. This position is an exceptional opportunity for those passionate about merging their love for sports with business acumen, aiming to make a significant impact on the educational and athletic development of young athletes.

About Our Subscription Service: Our innovative subscription service stands as a cornerstone for student-athletes aspiring to compete at the college level, as well as for coaches and athletic directors committed to fostering their athletes' growth. Distinguished from traditional recruiting services, our platform offers strategic insights and guidance, empowering high school athletic programs, club teams, and youth organizations with the knowledge to thrive in the competitive realm of college sports.

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 12 weeks
  • Hours: 20 hours per week, with-in 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Location: Tampa preferred (not required)
  • Compensation: $12/hour with the potential for commission/end of internship bonus if goals are completed
  • Objective: Secure 120 follow-up meetings, with 12 concluding in a close

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background: Current college students at the sophomore level or above, juniors and seniors preferred. Student-athletes are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: No prior work experience is required, though it is welcome and valued.
  • Motivation: Sales-motivated, personable individuals who are eager to meet and exceed objectives, demonstrating a keen interest in sports and education.
  • Initiative: Self-starters who are proactive, capable of working independently, and driven to take on responsibilities and challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with both coworkers and customers, maintaining professionalism and clarity.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Dynamic conversationalists who can engage with a diverse range of individuals, fostering positive interactions and relationships.
  • Availability: Able to commit to 20 hours a week during business hours.


Job Duties (include but are not limited to): 

  • Lead Generation: Conduct lead generation through various channels to eventually pitch and demo 2aDays subscription service
  • Cold and Warm Calling: make contact with leads and follow-up to set up demos
  • Pitching: Pitch 2aDays subscription service to leads and interested parties
  • Completing Demos: provide demos to interested parties and their colleagues
  • Signing Subscriptions and Affiliates 

 

Professional Growth and Mentorship:

Interns will have the unique privilege of working under the guidance of two seasoned sales professionals, boasting a combined 50 years of experience in the field. These mentors are deeply committed to both the professional and personal development of each intern, providing a rich learning environment poised for substantial growth.
