Corporate Communications Intern

Hexcel is currently seeking a Corporate Communications Intern for our Salt Lake City, UT, USA location starting fall semester. This internship will provide an immersive, hands-on experience in supporting leadership as we communicate globally with multiple stakeholders including employees and customers. You also will support our B-to-B marketing communications by helping to plan and implement trade show projects and develop related collateral (including brochures and social media).

 

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

  • Supporting the development of employee communications and community involvement activities, working directly with a seasoned, diverse, and global communications professionals
  • Proofreading and writing social media posts
  • Preparing trade show materials
  • Writing internal newsletter and employee communications stories
  • Potential travel to trade shows and help with set up

 

Qualifications:

  • Sophomore or junior level in a B.S. degree program from an accredited college or university in communications, public relations, communications studies, or strategic communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current computer literacy including Microsoft Office Products
  • Adobe Creative Suite preferred
