TA Camp - Technical Artist
Description:
1. Optimize the 3D production process to meet specific project requirements.
2. Conduct training for 3D artists on cutting-edge tools, advanced techniques, and optimized workflows.
3. Assist the project art director in risk assessment and process optimization.
4. Facilitate the adoption of technical strategies to ensure the project's success.
5. Resolve technical issues that arise during the project.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.fluent communication and well-structured writing skills in Chinese are required.
2. Strong passion for the gaming industry, a diverse gaming background, a solid foundation in art, and excellent aesthetic judgment.
3. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C# or Python.
4. Proficiency in at least one shading language, such as Cg, GLSL, or HLSL.
5. Experienced with commercial game engines like Unity or Unreal.
6. Familiarity with the art production pipeline, including modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, effects, UI design, and level design, is preferred.
7. Competence in standard art tools such as Blender and 3ds Max, with skills in modeling, texturing, and animation.
8. Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and strong capabilities in learning and teamwork.
