We are an innovative e-commerce brand looking to expand our presence on TikTok through engaging and dynamic live sales events. We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and creative TikTok Live Sales Host to join our team and drive real-time engagement and conversions during live sales streams.

Job Overview: As a TikTok Live Sales Host, you will be the face of our brand during live-streamed sales events. Your role will involve engaging with viewers, showcasing our products, driving sales through compelling live demonstrations, and ensuring a positive and fun experience for our audience. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure every live event is a success.

Key Responsibilities

Host Live Sales Events:

  • Lead engaging and interactive live sales events on TikTok, showcasing our range of custom-fit seat covers for various vehicle types.
  • Demonstrate the features, materials, and benefits of our seat covers (e.g., durability, ease of installation, style, and comfort).
  • Utilize TikTok’s live-streaming tools (such as in-stream shopping and product links) to encourage immediate purchases.

Engage with Audience:

  • Respond to viewer comments and questions in real-time, offering expert advice on seat cover selection, installation tips, and customization options.
  • Create an engaging and friendly environment that encourages viewers to interact with the stream, ask questions, and participate in giveaways or contests.
  • Foster a sense of community and excitement, making each viewer feel personally connected to the brand.

Drive Sales and Conversion:

  • Use compelling sales techniques to encourage viewers to purchase during the live event by emphasizing product quality, unique selling points, and special offers.
  • Promote limited-time discounts, bundle deals, or exclusive offers for viewers to drive urgency and conversions.
  • Utilize TikTok’s in-stream shopping features, directing viewers to purchase directly from the stream or through links in the bio.

Collaborate with Team:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure accurate product knowledge, messaging, and customer satisfaction during live streams.
  • Coordinate with the product team to highlight best-sellers, new releases, and seasonal offers during live events.

Analyze Performance:

  • Provide post-event analysis, tracking key metrics such as viewer engagement, sales performance, and audience feedback.
  • Identify trends, successful strategies, and areas for improvement to optimize future live streams.

Skills and Qualifications

Sales Experience: Proven ability to drive sales through engaging, persuasive communication. Experience in live sales, direct response selling, or customer-facing roles (e-commerce, retail, etc.) is highly valued.

Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and effectively explain the features, benefits, and applications of Seat Cover Solutions' products, including different colors, customizations, and vehicle-specific fit options.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a natural ability to entertain and inform an online audience. Must be comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with viewers in real-time.

Charisma & Energy: High-energy, confident, and personable with a passion for engaging with an audience. Must be able to keep the conversation lively and fun while maintaining professionalism.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills and the ability to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide tailored recommendations based on individual needs.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using TikTok’s live streaming tools, basic video production equipment (camera, microphone, lighting), and basic sales tracking tools. Familiarity with e-commerce and in-stream shopping features is a plus.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, juggle multiple responsibilities during live streams, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
