Project Description

The purpose of this project is to develop a strategic go-to-market campaign for AWS's customer experience solution targeting public sector clients. The disciplines applicable include product marketing, market research, and enterprise sales strategy.

Public sector organizations are facing increasing pressure to improve citizen services while optimizing costs. AWS's customer experience solutions offer powerful tools to address these challenges, but require a tailored approach to reach and resonate with government decision-makers.

This project equips students to create a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for AWS's public sector offerings. Students will conduct market research, develop targeted messaging, and create sales enablement materials. Using open source data and AI tools, they will identify key industry trends, customer pain points, and high-potential market segments. The final product is a complete go-to-market playbook, including campaign strategy, sales tools, and partner co-marketing plans, designed to drive adoption of AWS solutions in the public sector.
