What I liked
I liked how it was more of a team work based job. You depend on others, and others depend on you. There are multiple shifts you can take, you have the option of being full time or part time. There is room to move up, and the supervisors encourage you to apply to move up. Graveyard shifts pay extra than regular daytime shifts. If you want to work just 3 days due to school, you can request it to the manager. It’s a flexible job, but as well tough if you’re not into hard labor. You get raises at least every 6 months which is great. Managers care about you and care about the safety of others. Managers usually have some barbecue or breakfast food once a month. The supervisors make you stretch before your shift. They teach you right away about your position and won’t stop advising you until 3 month probation is over which is great. They want you to excel in your job as it is important for FedEx customers to receive their packages on time.
